Price per room: £300

You pay a set price for the rearrangement service. You can also set an additional budget for small enhancements such as cushions and paint - and commission me to source them and supervise any trades people.

What happens in a room makeover?

1. Free initial consultation: I view your property and identify the changes that make it most appealing to buyers.

2. Design presentation: you get a feel for how your room could look from a 3D computer design.

3. The makeover: I manage any other work you want done such as decorating and source any accessories we have agreed on. I physically move everything into its new place - transformation complete!
